Ingredients:
360g wheat flour
100g honey
80g butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp soda
For the filling: 200g apple jam
COOKING:
1) Mix the soft butter, honey, and eggs.
2) Crystalline needs to be preheated till crystals dissolve and then cooled
down at room temperature.
3) Then add the sifted, mixed flour with soda and knead the dough. Add
the flour and soda to everything and knead it till you have a dough.
4) Then Form gingerbread.
5) Then bake the gingerbread in two sessions.
First, place the gingerbread into the oven at 250-270 degrees. Let it bake
for 3 minutes then take it out and let it cool down. After that place it in the
oven again for about 5 minutes at 160-170 degrees.
When the gingerbread is ready you can take it out and brush it with icing.
